Brandon M. Ostler
Brandon M. Ostler, J.D. began clerking for Calvert and Associates in 2011 and has been an associate attorney since November 2014. Mr. Ostler’s practice areas include health care liability defense, representing health care providers before the various Texas credentialing boards, contracts, wills, and probate. He is also one of the contributing authors to the Quick Reference Guide for Health Care Liability Issues, Doctors and the Board: A Primer on the Texas Medical Board for Texas Doctors, and many of the firm's other publications.
Mr. Ostler is married and has four children.
Education and Experience
Mr. Ostler graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University in 2011. Mr. Ostler subsequently graduated with his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2014. During his time at South Texas College of Law, Mr. Ostler attended the Transactional Law Practice Certificate Program where he was provided intensive “on-the-job” training and integrated course of study in planning, negotiating, structuring, and documenting transactions in a wide array of business settings. Mr. Ostler also served as an Associate Editor for the school’s Corporate Counsel Review.
